who’s that girl?

Jasper Hill Fazio was born in Northern Virginia in 1988 and raised in the countryside of Upstate New York.  Fazio works predominantly in the medium of film, but due to the large scale of her works, she prefers to edit and print digitally. 

She graduated Summa Cum Laude and completed a BFA in Art and Visual Technology with a concentration in Photography from George Mason University in 2013. She received the Undergraduate Academic and Artistic Achievement award for the 2013-2014 school year and has been featured in group shows at Gallery 123, the Gillespie Gallery at George Mason University, Dupont Underground in DC, and the Rosalux Gallery in Minneapolis,MN.

Fazio is twice published. Her work is featured in the zine titled, “It Ain’t Over” by NYC’s very own Lauren Lepore as well as the zine “Volume 2” from Priscilla Briggs’ curated show 3 Volumes.

She currently resides in Old Town, Alexandria with her two Sphynx cats - Elvis and Frankie.
